My Account is your personal settings page in ICTPBX. It shows your SIP credentials, lets you configure Do Not Disturb and call forwarding, set your fax delivery email, and view the DIDs assigned to you – all in one place without needing admin access.

SIP Credentials

The SIP Credentials section shows everything you need to register any SIP client or desk phone with your extension:

  • Extension Number – your SIP username
  • SIP Password – shown with a show/hide toggle
  • Domain – the FreeSWITCH user domain for your tenant
  • WebSocket Server – the WSS address for the built-in softphone and WebRTC clients

Use these credentials with any SIP client: Zoiper, Linphone, Grandstream phones, or any other standard SIP softphone. Enter the domain in the “SIP Server” field of your client.

Extension Settings

The Extension Settings section lets you control your extension’s behavior directly:

  • Do Not Disturb (DND) – when on, all incoming calls are rejected. Toggle it here or dial *78/*79 from your phone
  • Call Forwarding – set a number to forward your calls to when you’re unavailable

Fax Delivery Email

If your extension is set up to receive faxes, this section shows and lets you update the email address where inbound faxes are delivered as PDF attachments.
