Follow Me
Follow Me forwards calls from an extension to one or more external or internal numbers in sequence or simultaneously.
Adding a Follow Me Rule
- Go to PBX → Follow Me
- Click Add Follow Me
- Configure the source extension and forwarding destinations
Settings

| Extension | The extension to apply follow-me to |
| Timeout | Seconds to try each destination before moving on |
| Enabled | Toggle follow-me on/off |
Destinations
Add one or more forwarding numbers in priority order:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Destination | Phone number or SIP extension |
| Delay | Seconds to wait before trying this destination |
| Timeout | Seconds to ring this destination |
Call the main extension first; after the configured timeout the call forwards to the first Follow Me destination.
