Tenant Management

Tenants represent organizations (companies) using the ICTPBX platform. Only system admins can create and manage tenants.

Creating a Tenant

  1. Log in as System Admin
  2. Go to Administration → Tenants
  3. Click Add Tenant
  4. Fill in the organization details and usage limits

Tenant Fields

Field Description
Name Organization name
Email Primary contact email
Daily Limit Max outbound minutes per day for the entire org
Monthly Limit Max outbound minutes per month
ICTCore Domain Linked ICTCore PBX domain UUID (auto-assigned)
Tenant accounts have no login. Login accounts are created separately as Users with role = Tenant Admin.

Creating a Tenant Admin User

After creating the tenant:

  1. Go to Administration → Users
  2. Click Add User
  3. Set Role = Tenant Admin and select the tenant
  4. Assign permissions appropriate for a tenant admin

Tenant Limits & Quotas

Limits cascade:

  • System Admin sets the tenant’s daily/monthly limits
  • Tenant Admin allocates sub-limits to their users
  • A user’s allocation cannot exceed the tenant’s remaining available limit

Deleting a Tenant

Deleting a tenant removes all associated users and PBX configuration. This action is irreversible.
