User Management

Users are the login accounts for people in your organization. As a Tenant Admin, you can create and manage users within your own tenant.

Adding a User

  1. Go to Administration → Users
  2. Click Add User
  3. Fill in the user details

Required Fields

Field Description
First Name / Last Name User’s display name
Email Login email address (must be unique)
Password Initial password
Daily Limit Max outbound minutes per day
Monthly Limit Max outbound minutes per month

Permissions

Select which features the user can access. You can only grant permissions that you yourself have.

A user’s daily/monthly limits cannot exceed your tenant’s limits. The form enforces this automatically.

Editing a User

Click the Edit (pencil) icon on the user row to modify details or adjust permissions.

Deleting a User

Click the Delete (trash) icon. Deleted users cannot log in. This action cannot be undone.
