Extensions are SIP accounts assigned to phones or softphones. Each extension has a unique number within your organization.
Adding an Extension
- Go to PBX → Extensions
- Click Add Extension
- Fill in the details and click Save
Key Fields
| Field | Description |

| Extension | Short number (e.g. 1001) — must be unique |
| Password | SIP registration password |
| Display Name | Caller ID name shown on calls |
| Voicemail | Enable/disable voicemail for this extension |
| Voicemail Password | PIN to check voicemail |
| Do Not Disturb | Block all calls to this extension |
| Call Timeout | Seconds to ring before going to voicemail |
Registering a SIP Device
Use the extension number and password in your SIP phone or softphone:

| Port | 5060 (UDP/TCP) or 7443 (WebRTC/WSS) |
Editing / Deleting
Use the Edit or Delete icons in the extensions list.
Deleting an extension removes the SIP account immediately. Any registered device will lose service.
