Each extension can have a voicemail box. Callers are sent to voicemail when the extension doesn’t answer within the timeout period.

Configuring Voicemail
Voicemail is enabled per-extension in the Extensions form. You can also manage voicemail boxes directly:
- Go to PBX → Voicemail
- Click Add Voicemail or edit an existing one

Checking Voicemail
Dial *97 from your extension to check your own voicemail.
Dial *98 to check voicemail for another extension (you’ll be prompted for the extension and PIN).
Email Notifications
When Email is set, the caller’s message is sent as an attachment to that address immediately after recording.
