Conference rooms allow multiple parties to join a shared audio call simultaneously.

Adding a Conference Room
- Go to PBX → Conferences
- Click Add Conference
- Set the extension, PIN, and moderator options


Settings

Joining a Conference
- Dial the conference extension from any registered phone
- Enter the PIN when prompted
- You will be joined to the conference bridge
Moderator Controls
The moderator can:
- Mute/unmute all participants
- Lock the conference (prevent new joins)
- End the conference for all participants
