The Billing & Usage page shows your current usage against the limits set by your system administrator.
Usage Summary

Understanding Limits
Limits cascade from the system admin down:
System Admin sets Tenant limits
└── Tenant Admin allocates to Users
└── Users consume from their allocation
When a user reaches their limit, outbound calls are blocked until the next day (daily) or next billing cycle (monthly).

A limit of 0 or -1 means Unlimited — no cap enforced.

PBX Quota
The quota section shows how many PBX objects (extensions, ring groups, etc.) you have used vs. your plan allowance.
