Time Conditions route calls differently based on the day and time — for example, sending calls to voicemail outside business hours.

Adding a Time Condition
- Go to PBX → Time Conditions
- Click Add Time Condition
- Define the schedule and match/no-match destinations


Settings

Tip: Holiday Handling
Create a separate time condition for public holidays using the Month/Day fields, and point it to a holiday greeting before the main business-hours check.
