Time Conditions

Time Conditions route calls differently based on the day and time — for example, sending calls to voicemail outside business hours.

Adding a Time Condition

  1. Go to PBX → Time Conditions
  2. Click Add Time Condition
  3. Define the schedule and match/no-match destinations

Settings

Field Description
Name Label (e.g. “Business Hours”)
Time of Day Start and end time (e.g. 08:0017:00)
Day of Week Days this condition applies
Month / Day of Month Optional date-specific overrides (holidays)
Match Destination Route when condition is true (inside hours)
No-Match Destination Route when condition is false (outside hours)

Example: Business Hours

Tip: Holiday Handling
Create a separate time condition for public holidays using the Month/Day fields, and point it to a holiday greeting before the main business-hours check.
