An IVR (Interactive Voice Response) menu plays a greeting and routes callers based on key presses.

Adding an IVR Menu
- Go to PBX → IVR Menus
- Click Add IVR Menu
- Set the greeting, timeout, and add options


IVR Settings
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Label for this IVR (e.g. “Main Menu”) |
| Extension | Number that routes to this IVR |
| Greeting | Audio file played when caller enters the IVR |
| Timeout | Seconds to wait for a key press |
| Exit Action | Where to route if caller doesn’t press anything |
| Invalid Action | Where to route on unrecognized key press |
| Max Failures | Number of invalid attempts before exiting |
Menu Options
Each option maps a key press (0–9, *, #) to a destination:
