Inbound Routes

Inbound Routes map incoming DIDs (phone numbers) to a destination inside your PBX — such as an IVR, ring group, or extension.

Adding an Inbound Route

  1. Go to PBX → Inbound Routes
  2. Click Add Inbound Route
  3. Enter the DID and select the destination

Settings

Field Description
DID The incoming phone number (e.g. +12025550100)
Caller ID Name Optional label for this DID
Destination Type Extension, Ring Group, IVR Menu, Voicemail, Call Flow, etc.
Destination Specific target to send the call to
Context SIP context (usually public)
Enabled Activate or deactivate this route

Common Destination Types

Destination Use Case
IVR Menu Main number → auto-attendant
Ring Group Team DID → ring all team members
Extension Direct number (DID) to a person
Call Flow Enable day/night toggle routing
Voicemail Direct to mailbox
Each DID can only have one active inbound route. Creating a duplicate DID will replace the existing route.
