Music on Hold (MoH) plays audio to callers who are placed on hold or waiting in a queue.
Managing MoH Categories
Each MoH category is a named group of audio files that plays in shuffle or order.
- Go to PBX → Music on Hold
- Click Add Category to create a new group
- Upload audio files to the category
Settings

| Rate | Audio sample rate (8000 or 16000 Hz) |
| Shuffle | Play files in random order |
Uploading Audio
Supported formats: MP3, WAV (8kHz or 16kHz mono recommended for telephony).
After uploading, the file is stored on the server and played automatically for callers on hold.
Assigning MoH to a Queue
In the Call Queue form, select the MoH category from the Music on Hold dropdown.
