Call Block

Call Block lets you block specific caller IDs or number patterns from reaching your system.

Adding a Block Rule

  1. Go to PBX → Call Block
  2. Click Add Call Block
  3. Enter the number or pattern to block

Settings

Field Description
Name Label for this rule
Number Exact number or pattern (e.g. +1800* for toll-free)
Action Hangup, Busy, or route to a destination

Block Actions

Action Result
Hangup Caller hears dead air and call drops
Busy Caller hears a busy tone
Destination Route to a recording or IVR message
Use the wildcard to block entire prefixes. For example, +1900 blocks all 900-number callbacks.
